1. What this page is
The rules that apply when you use lovebigboutique.com or buy from it. Placing an order means you accept them, so it's worth a read first.

3. Who can order
Anyone 18 or over, or under 18 with a parent or guardian's consent. By ordering you're confirming your details are accurate and that the payment method is yours to use.
4. What we sell
Dresses for women in sizes 14 and up. Photographs represent the item, though colours render differently on different screens. The size chart on each product page is the reliable guide to fit.
5. Stock
Everything is subject to availability. If something sells out between your order and our dispatch, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
6. Prices
In US Dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout based on where it's going. Prices can change, but never on an order already placed. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil it.
7. How an order is formed
Your order is an offer. Our confirmation email is us accepting it, and that's when the contract exists. We can decline — if stock has gone, if payment can't be verified, if fraud is suspected, or if the address is outside where we ship.
8. Paying
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay and ACH bank transfer. Charged when you order. Declined payments and everything else are covered in our Payment Policy.
9. Delivery
United States only. 1–2 business days to prepare, 4–8 in transit, free of charge. Those windows are estimates rather than guarantees. Lost and delayed parcels are covered in our Shipping Policy.
10. Sending it back
30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Who pays return postage, what condition we accept, and refund timing are all set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Cancelling
Within 24 hours of ordering, and before dispatch. After that the return process applies instead.
12. Accounts
If you create one, the password is yours to look after, and so is anything done under it. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
13. What you can't do here
Break the law, interfere with how the site runs, scrape or copy the content automatically, or give us false information.
14. Our content
The words, photographs, logo and layout are ours or licensed to us. Don't reproduce them commercially without our written permission.
15. What you post
Submit a review or photograph and you're giving us permission to display it here. You're responsible for what you submit, and we can remove anything unlawful, offensive or misleading.
16. Other companies' sites and services
We link out sometimes, and we rely on third parties for payment, delivery and analytics. Their content, terms and privacy practices are theirs, not ours.
17. Mistakes on the site
We work to keep everything accurate but don't warrant that every description, price or stock figure is correct. Where an error affects your order, we may fix it, or cancel and refund you.
18. No warranties
The site and its content come as they are. As far as the law allows, we don't warrant it will run uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
19. Our liability
Capped, as far as the law allows, at what you paid for the order in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
20. Your liability to us
If you misuse the site or break these terms and it costs us, that's on you.

Set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
22. Things outside our control
Carrier disruption, extreme weather, strikes, public emergencies — we're not liable for delays these cause.
23. If part of this doesn't hold
The rest still does.
24. Changes
We update these terms from time to time; the date at the top says when. The version that applies to your order is whichever was published when you placed it.
25. Which law applies
Wyoming law governs these terms, and disputes go to the state or federal courts of Wyoming. Before any of that, email us — almost everything gets sorted directly.
