Your name, email, delivery address, billing address and phone number. Card details go straight to our payment provider — they don't pass through or sit on our servers.

What we do with it
Fulfil and ship your order. Email you confirmations and delivery updates. Answer you when you get in touch. Work out which parts of the site are confusing so we can fix them. Measure whether our advertising is working.

Google Analytics tells us how many people visit and what they look at.

Who else gets your data
Only the companies that have to have it to complete your order — our payment provider, the carriers who deliver, and the analytics and advertising tools named above.

Where it's processed
We're in the United States and your data is handled here. Some of our providers store or process data on servers outside the US. Where that happens, they're contractually held to the standard set out on this page.
How long we hold it
Order records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing contacts stay until you unsubscribe. Technical browsing data is kept up to 26 months.
