What do you sell?
Dresses in sizes 14 and up. Formal, wedding guest, and cocktail.
How do I pick a size?
Use the size chart on the product page. It gives bust, waist and hip in inches.
Where do you ship?
The US only. No international, no freight forwarders.
How much is shipping?
Free, on every order, no minimum.
How long does it take?
5–10 business days total. 1–2 days for us to prepare it, 4–8 in transit. Orders after 5:00 PM ET start the next day.
How do I track it?
We email a tracking number when it ships. Or use the Track Your Order page.
It hasn't arrived.
Email us with your order number after 10 business days. We'll chase the carrier and either replace it or refund you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 24 hours, if it hasn't shipped. Email support@lovebigboutique.com.
What's your return window?
30 days from the day it arrives.
How do I return something?
Email us with your order number. We'll send you the return address. Don't post it before we confirm.
Who pays return postage?
We do if it's faulty or wrong. You do for size or change of mind. We don't send prepaid labels.
What condition does it need to be in?
Unworn, unwashed, tags on, original packaging.
When do I get my refund?
Within 7 business days of us receiving it, back to your original payment method, in USD.
Do you do exchanges?
No. Return it for a refund and order the size you want.
It arrived damaged or wrong.
Send photos within 7 days. Replacement or full refund, free.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, ACH.
What currency?
US Dollars.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. SSL-encrypted, and we don't store card numbers.
What do you do with my data?
Ship your order and answer your questions. We don't sell it. Details in our Privacy Policy.
Can you delete my data?
Yes. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
