Payment Policy

What we take

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay and ACH bank transfer. Those six are what you'll see at checkout — there are no others hidden behind a menu.

Currency

Everything on this site is priced in US Dollars, and that's what your card or bank is charged in.

When the money leaves your account

At the moment you place the order. If the payment doesn't go through, the order doesn't go through either, and nothing is taken.

Keeping your details safe

Your payment goes through our provider over an SSL-encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number on our own servers.

Sales tax

Worked out at checkout from your delivery address, and shown to you before you confirm anything.

Billing details

The name and billing address you enter need to match what your bank has on file. A mismatch there is behind most declined payments we see.

If your payment is declined

Check the card number, expiry and billing address first, then check the card is enabled for online purchases. If it still won't go through, your bank will know why — or email us at support@lovebigboutique.com and we'll help you work it out.

Money coming back

Refunds return to whatever you paid with. Timing and conditions are in our Return & Refund Policy.
